1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and participation in the Soma Chandra Teacher Training, organised by House of Healing Berlin GmbH. 
By booking and attending this training, you agree to comply with these terms.
 

2. Booking Process

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as outlined on our website or communication.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid in accordance to an approved pre-arranged payment plan. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking.
 

 

3. Travel and Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the training location. Start day and time will be communicated prior to the event.​
 

 

4. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements upon booking. House of Healing Berlin is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the training. Participants are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before attending.
 

 

5. Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and the training property. House of Healing Berlin reserves the right to remove anyone from the training whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or harmful, with no refund provided.
 

 

6. Force Majeure

House of Healing Berlin will not be held responsible for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, which may necessitate changes to the training schedule or cancellation. In such cases, refunds or credits may be offered at the discretion of House of Healing Berlin.
 

 

7. Use of Media

By attending the training, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise in writing prior to the training.

Participants may request not to be included in such media at any time.
 

 

8. Liability

House of Healing Berlin is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the training. Participation is at the attendee’s own risk, and House of Healing Berlin disclaims liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

 

9. Amendments

House of Healing Berlin reserves the right to modify the schedule, activities, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances. Attendees will be notified promptly of any significant changes.

 

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from participation in the training shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Germany.

 

 

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and attending the training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

12. Cancellation Policy

Before February 1, 2026

Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit of €500
 

Between February 1 and April 15, 2026

50% refund of the paid amount
 

From April 16, 2026, onward

No refund, but the booking may be transferred to another person until May 10, 2026.
 

After May 10, 2026:

No refund and no transfer possible.
 

Cancellation by the Organiser:

In the unlikely event that House of Healing Berlin must cancel the training, all participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

No additional compensation will be provided.
