Tingshaws from Nepal. These small cymbals are ritual artifacts and are traditionally used by Buddhist monks and spiritual Shamans.
 
The sound of Tingshaws is like a summons, where it brings one to the here and now. When used in meditation, Tingshaws indicate the beginning and the end, where at the beginning one lets go of everything except the clean moment of here and now; at the end you should awaken physically and spiritually in the here and now of material reality.
 
You can also use Tingshaws for healing and purification purposes in relation to the etheric body of the Aura and also clearing and stabilising rooms and your immediate environment.
