SOMA CHANDRA TRAINING (18–25 May 2026)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hosted by House of Healing Berlin GmbH, Berlin Charlottenburg
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Soma Chandra Training taking place from 18–25 May 2026 (“Training”). By registering and submitting payment, the participant (“Participant”) agrees to the following Terms with House of Healing Berlin GmbH (“Provider”).

1. Eligibility & Participation
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Participants are responsible for evaluating their physical and emotional ability to participate safely.
• The Provider may refuse participation to maintain safety, integrity, or group dynamics.

2. Payment & Pricing
• Early Bird Rate: €1,090 (available until 31 December 2025)
• Standard Rate: €1,490 (from 1 January 2026)
• A minimum of €500 is non-refundable for all registrations.
• Full payment is due upon registration unless otherwise agreed in writing to a payment plan.
• A spot is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Participant Cancellation
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
a) Before 1 February 2026
Refund of all fees paid minus €500 (non-refundable).
b) 1 February – 1 April 2026
50% refund, minus the €500 non-refundable portion.
c) After 1 April 2026
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date, including cancellations due to illness, injury, or other personal circumstances, even if supported by a doctor’s note.
It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to secure appropriate insurance (e.g. seminar cancellation insurance, or event protection insurance) that covers unforeseen circumstances preventing participation.
d) Transfer of Registration
Participants may transfer their place to another person until 1 May 2026, subject to written approval.
e) Non-Attendance
Missing any portion of the Training does not qualify for refund or credit.

4. Cancellation by the Provider
If the Training must be cancelled or postponed due to illness, insufficient enrollment, venue issues, or force majeure:
• Participants may choose a full refund or credit toward a future training.
• The Provider is not liable for travel, accommodation, or incidental costs.

5. Attendance & Certification
• Participants are expected to attend all sessions.
• Any certificate or completion acknowledgment is contingent on full participation and appropriate conduct.
• The Provider may withhold certification if participation is insufficient.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
• Behave respectfully toward teachers and other participants.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared in the group.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
• Not record or photograph sessions without permission.
Violation of the code may result in removal without refund.

7. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility
• Participants take full responsibility for their own physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Participants must notify facilitators of relevant health conditions.
• The Provider is not liable for injuries or emotional responses except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Liability Waiver
To the extent permitted by German law, Participants release House of Healing Berlin GmbH and its staff from liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or deliberate misconduct.
The Provider is not responsible for theft or loss of personal items.

9. Intellectual Property & Teaching Rights
• All training materials, practices, methods, sequences, written content, audio, and visual materials shared during the Training (“Materials”) are the intellectual property of House of Healing Berlin GmbH or the individual teachers.
• Participants receive access to the Materials solely for personal study, self-practice, and integration during and after the Training.
• Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, translate, publish, or share any part of the Materials without express written permission from the Provider.
• Participants may not teach the full training curriculum, proprietary sequences, protocols, or branded methods as their own, and may not claim to be an official Soma Chandra Training teacher unless they have received written certification upon successful completion of all requirements.
• Elements of the training that form general knowledge (e.g., anatomy concepts, general somatic movements, foundational techniques) may be integrated into the Participant’s personal teaching style; however, the specific structure, methodology, language, branding, and manuals used in the Training may not be replicated, sold, or taught as a course or training program.
• Any commercial use, including teaching workshops, trainings, or programs directly derived from the Materials, requires prior written approval from the Provider.

10. Photography, Media & Consent
• Photos or videos may be taken for documentation and marketing.
• Participants may opt out at any time by notifying the facilitators.
• Participants may not record sessions or other participants without explicit permission.

11. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
The Provider collects personal data solely for registration, communication, and administration.
Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their data, and may withdraw consent at any time.
Data is handled in accordance with GDPR.

12. Travel & Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, lodging, and insurance.
These expenses are not included in the training fee.

13. Force Majeure
The Provider is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond its control such as illness, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or natural disasters.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.

15. Agreement
By registering for the Training, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
