New Moon in Aquarius Meditation and Gong

Dear all 🙏 welcome to the first New Moon Meditation and Gong evening at The House of Healing Berlin for 2020!! The beginning of a new moon is exactly that... a new beginning. The best time to start something 'new', set an intention, or simply a time where you can relax and allow the flow of the new energies to manifest the beginning of a new project, or your individual desires. It is a great time to sit in ceremony, meditate and find that special place where abundance and the spiritual energies can flow. Every day is a blessing, but sometimes there are those extra special days where a little extra magic can surrounds us, such is the new moon ✨ 🌑 ✤ On this new moon in Aquarius evening, we will come together as a group, in the beautiful House of Healing Berlin, to focus our intent on the New Moon Aquarian transformative energies, being individuality and personal freedom. This is a time when the Moon brings out our individuality allowing us to break tradition of something that does not serve our highest good anymore.  

Schedule: We will begin the evening with a group meditation based on the holistic meditation teachings and techniques from the Himalayas. We start the evening by doing some easy breath work techniques, Pranayama, slowly moving onto the direction of the senses, Pratyahara, and finally with the silent practice of meditation itself, Dhyana.  

After meditation we will embrace the cosmic energies and the feeling of oneness as I play the ever so powerful and pure vibrations of the Gong. Together with Tibetan singing bowls, you will experience multidimensional healing across all cells within your entire body as they resonate and interact with the high vibrating musical reverberations and frequencies. ✤  

On the evening, please wear comfortable and relaxed clothing. Blankets, meditation cushions, yoga mats, tea and snacks for afterwards are provided. Price: €20,00
