New Moon in Sagittarius Meditation and Gong

Dear all 🙏 welcome to the first new moon meditation at The House of Healing Berlin. 

The beginning of a new moon is exactly that... a new beginning. The best time to start something 'new', set an intention, or simply a time where you can relax and allow the flow of new energies to manifest the beginning of a new project, or your inner most heartfelt desires for your highest good. It is a great time to sit in ceremony, meditate and find that special place where abundance and the spiritual energies can flow. Every day is a blessing in fact, however there are those days where extra magic can occur, such is the new moon 🌑

On this new moon in Sagittarius evening, we will come together as a group, in the beautiful House of Healing Berlin, to focus our intent on the transformative energies which personify the Sagittarius new moon. This is the time when the Moon is at her most optimistic and when one is supported to let go of what doesn't belong anymore, and to usher in the new.

Schedule: 

We will begin the evening with a group meditation based on the holistic meditation teachings and techniques from the Himalayas. We first start the evening by doing some easy breath work techniques, Pranayama, then moving onto the direction of the senses, Pratyahara, and finally the silent practice of meditation itself, Dhyana.

After meditation you will embrace the cosmic energies and feeling of oneness as I play the ever so powerful and ancient instrument, the Gong. Together with Tibetan singing bowls, you will experience multidimensional healing resonating all areas of your cosmic being as you feel and become enveloped by the sounds of the musical reverberations across all cells of your entire body.

On the evening, please wear comfortable and relaxed clothing. Blankets, meditation cushions, yoga mats, tea and snacks for afterwards are provided.
