Urban Sports Club
We are delighted to be partners with Urban Sports Club, so you are also able to also book through them. Some workshops may also be bookable through Urban Sports, but you must pay the difference of the workshop price upon arrival.
As we are a boutique studio, please ensure you book online before arriving as we cannot guarantee space for walk ins.
Bookings are on a first-in first-served basis. You can book two weeks in advance for all yoga and meditation classes.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class in order to be checked in and to allow the class to start on time.
LATE ARRIVALS / CANCELATION POLICY
We have a cancelation policy of 24 hours. As we are a boutique studio, all our spots are limited, therefore if you cannot attend your booked class within the 24 hour period, we kindly ask that you notify as as soon as possible. If your reason is within compassionate reasons, we may refund your credit that you can re-book for another class. Urban Sports Members, cancellation policy with 24 hours before class start time. After this, you cannot cancel your class.
We always start the classes on start time, therefore if you arrive after the start time you will forfeit your spot and you lose your credit.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear clothing that you are comfortable in, we suggest leggings or even looser style pants. For our restorative and yin practises including workshops and events, you may want to bring a pair of socks and a light long sleeve to cosy up in.
We work hard to create a calm, quiet and meditative atmosphere within our space so please ensure your phone is turned off, or on silent mode at all times in the studio.
Remove your shoes when first entering the space and respect others who may have arrived earlier by moving quietly.
