As we are a boutique studio, our space allows for a maximum of six students per class, please ensure you book online as we cannot guarantee space for walk ins. Bookings are on a first-in first-served basis.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class in order to be checked in and to allow the class to start on time.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear clothing that you are comfortable in, we suggest leggings or even looser style pants. For our restorative and yin practises you may want to bring a pair of socks and a light long sleeve to cozy up in.
We work hard to create a calm, quiet and meditative atmosphere within our space so please ensure your phone is turned off at all times in the studio.
Remove your shoes when first entering the space and respect others who may have arrived earlier by moving quietly.
